We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PRETTY COTTAGE IN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB This superb stone conversion sits adjacent to the owner s own family home yet offers visitors privacy to enjoy their stay without intrusion. Set within its own enclosed garden and offering a great getaway for couples. The village centre is a short stroll and has 2 pubs a church and a small shop/Post Office. Libbaton golf course a stunning par 73 is also nearby. The regional centre of Barnstaple is 20 minutes drive and offers a large selection of shops bars restaurants and leisure facilities. Close by is the town of Great Torrington where you can take a trip to the museum of 1646 and step back in time to watch the re-enactment of the Battle of Torrington. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal where you can enjoy a spot of lunch or flash the cash in the superb gift shop. Leisure facilities: private hot tub. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: accessed via a spiral staircase zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with Smart TV. Bathroom: with freestanding slipper bath wet room style shower area WC and TV. Lounge/kitchen: open plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) Smart TV/DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with electric range oven and gas hob dishwasher fridge/freezer washer/dryer. Sun room/diner: with hi-fi seating and access to garden and hot tub. Outside: enclosed garden with steps up to lawn with garden furniture BBQ on request and private hot tub. Amenities: ample parking.
