Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SELF CONTAINED STUDIO IN A COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB Converted from a traditional bull pen and set on a pretty farm in the rolling Monmouthshire countryside. The Owners live within the grounds but privacy is assured at all times on your trip. The Forest of Dean & Wye Valley are in one direction and the dramatic Brecon Beacons National Park in the other the area is perfect for walking and cycling. For shopping the quaint country towns of Usk and Raglan are the closest. Abergavenny and Monmouth are both larger market towns within easy reach weekly markets and a supermarket for essentials. Take a trip to Tintern Abbey easily combined with a visit to Chepstow Castle The Roman Fortress in Caerleon is also worth a visit. Leisure facilities: private wood fired hot tub (logs provided). The studio style accommodation offers: This converted bull pen is mostly sumptuous king-size bedroom Kitchen area is a deftly designed kitchenette including 2 ring electric hob fridge toaster and kettle Shower room: en-suite shower room and loo. The kitchenette is perfect for simple minimal meals. For lazier more substantial fayre there is a plethora of good country pubs and a smattering of more discerning gastro pubs just a short drive away. Outside: a private terrace with outdoor furniture and electric hot tub. Amenities: parking electric central heating bed linen towels TV with freeview and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: a breakfast hamper of Continental style goodies is included. The option to upgrade your breakfast to include a range of fresh eggs and meat from the farm is also available on arrival. Weber BBQ. Storage for bikes. Location: shops 4 miles and several good country pubs locally Arrival: 4pm. Need to know SLEEPS 2 (sorry no children) : King-size bed with very comfortable mattress crisp linen and marshmallow duvet bedding and towels included. HOT TUB : Gorgeous cedar electric hot tub wonderfully relaxing and totally exclusive to you throughout your stay. LIVING SPACE: This neatly converted bull pen is mostly sumptuous king-size bedroom with a deftly designed kitchenette including 2 ring electric hob fridge toaster and kettle and en-suite shower room and loo. The kitchenette is perfect for simple minimal meals. For lazier more substantial fayre there is a plethora of good country pubs and a smattering of more discerning gastro pubs just a short drive away. BATHROOM : There is a crisp new bathroom complete with basin loo and good shower. Towels of course included. BREAKFAST : A yummy breakfast hamper of Continental style goodies is included in the price of your stay. The option to upgrade your breakfast to include a range of fresh eggs and meat from the farm is also available on arrival. PETS : One well behaved and trained dog is very welcome. OUTSIDE SPACE : A Weber BBQ is provided on the patio beside the hot tub for al fresco dining whenever the mood takes you. There is ample parking for cars and bike storage available. A private terrace directly outside the B&B is fenced away from the owners farmhouse for your privacy and has pretty countryside views across the fields. There is are outdoor table and chairs available too as well as a private outdoor storage shed big enough for pushbikes / dog crates /wellies etc.
