We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SEMI-DETACHED PROPERTY ON SMALL WORKING FARM 3 MILES FROM PADSTOW Situated in one of North Cornwall s most picturesque areas designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this delightful barn conversion is attached to the owner s home. Situated in a peaceful spot at the end of a farm lane with views over open countryside. Walkers will enjoy many coastal paths and the immediate area locally known for its seven bays for seven days where you can enjoy a sandy beach every day of the week. The beautiful Porthcothan Bay is just a short distance as is the long sandy surfing beach at Watergate Bay. Enjoy a real culinary experience at either Jamie Oliver s restaurant or Rick Steins Padstow. There is so much to see and do in the area with attractions to suit all tastes which include Newquay Sealife Aquarium Tate Gallery at St Ives The Eden Project Flambards Theme Park and much more. This split-level accommodation offers ONE bedroom: on the ground floor double with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath (accessed via a step up) and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: on the first floor (accessed via stairs from the kitchen) with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: on the ground floor open-plan with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and TV. Outside: lawn area approached via 3 external steps with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome further by arrangement. Additional info: the garden and parking area can be enclosed by a 5 bar gate. Location: beach and shop 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
