We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

This pretty detached cottage is a perfect couples retreat set within the extensive grounds of the owner s home where a warm welcome awaits. The setting is perfect for long summer evenings or as a cosy retreat in the winter time and provides a great base for exploring the local area. Located within a 5 minute drive of the village of Wedmore which lies between the Somerset Levels and the Mendip Hills and has a variety of great eateries and a superb delicatessen. Close to Wells with its famous Cathedral shopping area and Burnham-on-Sea with its golden sandy beaches seaside shops and restaurants and Cheddar with its famous Gorge to the north. You will be within easy driving distance of both the cities of Bristol and Bath You are also ideally located for Bird watching with an abundance of local nature reserves and RSPB sites. The accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: zip-and-link double (which can be a 2ft 6 twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with bath separate wet floor shower and WC. Separate WC. Lounge: with open fire (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Conservatory/diner: with views onto the garden and owner s pristine vegetable garden. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome further by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: shop and pub within 1.5 miles.
