We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A ROMANTIC COTTAGE TUCKED AWAY IN AN IDEAL POSITION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL WELLS ATTRACTIONS This delightful completely refurbished stone cottage sits in a small terrace and is perfect for couples looking for accommodation which is quiet yet very central. Wells officially the smallest city in the UK offers plenty of stunning architecture including St. Andrew s Cathedral and its adjoining Bishop s Palace and Gardens Vicars Close and Cedars Concert Hall. There are plenty of boutique shops cafes pubs restaurants and an excellent farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays only a short walk from the cottage. The close-by Somerset Levels and Mendip Hills offer wonderful opportunities for walks hikes and cycle trips. Only a short drive away are Glastonbury Cheddar and the popular Clarks Village Outlet Shopping centre. The 3-storey accommodation offers ONE king-size bedroom on the second floor with views across to the Cathedral tower and an en-suite shower room and WC. The cosy lounge on the first floor provides a re-opened fireplace with a wood burner effect electric fire TV/DVD with Sky TV (basic package) internet radio with access to Spotify and French doors / Juliet balcony overlooking the garden area. The kitchen/dining area on the ground floor includes electric double oven and gas hob fridge with ice compartment washing machine/dryer dishwasher microwave and radio/CD player. Outside: use of small patio area with table and chairs and shared lawn. Amenities: free roadside parking nearby bed linen & towels central heating and Wi-Fi included.
