We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED CONVERTED BARN IN POPULAR LOCATION This delightful barn conversion has been finished to the highest of standards and offers a comfortable retreat. Nestling on the edge of an organic dairy farm and adjacent to the owners farmhouse it provides a true taste of rural living whilst your privacy is also assured and just a 10 minute drive into Weston-Super-Mare offers you all the attractions of a typical Victorian seaside town. Conveniently located close to a train station you are only a short journey into the centre of Bristol offering an array of shops and restaurants and just slightly further afield you can take in the picturesque scenery of Cheddar Gorge the caves and explore Wells the smallest city in England. The historic spa city of Bath with its classical architecture and wealth of history around every street corner is also well worth a visit. Fitness enthusiasts are also well catered for with a range of activities including horse riding cycling on the famous Strawberry Trail walking and golf (the nearby course is open to non-members) located close by. The accommodation is arranged over one level and offers ONE bedroom king-size with TV. Shower room: shower with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: beautiful characterful open-plan living space with exposed original A-frame beams TV/DVD and wood burner effect electric fire. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob fridge with freezer compartment microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed gravelled patio area with seating. You are also welcome to use the owner s orchard. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 or 2 cars directly outside the property. Bed linen towels electric electric heating (underfloor heating in the shower room) and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Additional info: secure storage for bikes available free of charge. Location: dog friendly beach 6 miles at Weston-Super-Mare choice of pubs within 2 miles supermarket 2 miles and farm shop with cafe within walking distance.
