We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property ON SITE FACILITIES WITH INDOOR SWIMMING POOL SAUNA BAR AND MUCH MORE This small end-terraced property situated on a holiday complex nestles in the grounds of an historic manor and is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with a wealth of popular beaches. A short drive from the historic town of Penzance (approximately 2 miles) with shops pubs restaurants and cinema. From the manor s entrance views of the sea Penzance and St Michaels Mount can be appreciated. St Ives and the beautiful Carbis Bay are easily accessed (approximately 7 miles) and for the more energetic footpaths run down to the village of Gulval and further on to the beach at Marazion. The coast paths on either coast offer excellent walking and views. Lands End Flambards Theme Park Tate Gallery at St Ives and The Eden Project provide great days out. Leisure facilities: on-site within the Manor grounds relax in the large communal gardens or enjoy the facilities on offer which include the swimming pool sauna putting green launderette tennis court pool table and bar (only open from Easter until the end of October) Wi-Fi is available in the main reception area.
