We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED BARN A STONE S THROW OF CHEW VALLEY LAKE This stylish barn conversion is situated in a small village within the Chew Valley. Lying north of the Mendip Hills approximately 10 miles south of Bristol a short drive to Weston-Super-Mare Bath and Cheddar makes this an ideal base from which to enjoy all that this beautiful county has to offer. The village itself has a large village hall two pubs and several shops including the Post Office a tennis club and campsite. Next to the village hall are sports pitches. At the bottom of the lane there is a cut through to the lake and the walks around it. The lake is a popular place for children adults and the elderly alike with beautiful views and entertainment such as fishing sailing and bird watching.
