We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

A perfect base for touring this popular part of Cornwall. There are some lovely walks direct from the property over countryside and country lanes as well as some delightful National Trust cliff-tops and the picture postcard village of Zennor which is about 1 mile away and has a shop pub and tea rooms. There is so much to see and do in the area within a short drive including long sandy surfing beaches sheltered coves and fishing villages and attractions to suit most tastes which include Lands End Flambards Theme Park The Eden Project Tate Gallery at St Ives fishing trips from Penzance and Mousehole to name a few. The county town of Truro is a short drive and has a range of shops pubs restaurants and other leisure facilities. Outside: shared gardens and patio area with BBQ.
