We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Only minutes from the A30 which runs through the heart of Cornwall connecting East and West Cornwall makes this the perfect base for guests looking to enjoy the wider county from the popular attraction of Lands End England s most westerly point and St Michael s Mount to the surfing beaches that litter the North coast at Newquay and Watergate Bay to the more sedate traditional Cornwall on the South coast. The pretty coastal towns and villages on the North coast are well worth the short drive. Port Isaac and Padstow are approximately 20 miles. From Padstow quayside you can enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many cafes or bars including TV chef Rick Stein s bistro or restaurant.
