We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

It offers a comfortable and cosy base for families and couples looking to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall with the pretty village of Constantine being conveniently close-by. An idyllic spot for a family holiday being close to the Helford River Port Navas Gweek and the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. The popular attractions Flambards Adventure Park and St Michael s Mount are also within easy reach. There are many quaint fishing villages to explore or the larger town of Falmouth with its marina shops galleries museums and restaurants. For those looking for sand and sea the unspoilt Lizard Peninsula with its scenic coast paths dramatic seascapes coves and sleepy villages is not far away. In the evenings relax in the lovely garden with a glass of wine or enjoy dinner in the highly acclaimed local pub. Farm activities: guests are welcome to watch the milking by arrangement direct with the owners which takes place at their farm that is down the road/across the field. The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin both with TV and a view of the church. Bathroom: with roll-top bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: large family space offering plenty of room to play with double aspect windows from which to enjoy far reaching countryside views and the church TV/DVD and multi fuel stove. Dining room: lovely room for dining together with seating for 6. Kitchen: modern fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Conservatory: light and airy room with TV/DVD fold-away table and chairs and access to patio area. Outside: patio area with garden furniture and steps down to large enclosed garden with lawn.
