We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The sandy bays of Portreath and Porthtowan are approximately 2 miles away with village shops the local pub is approximately 1 mile. This part of Cornwall offers excellent surfing and attractions to suit all ages including The Cornish Cider Farm Newquay Zoo and Aquarium Flambards Theme Park and a short drive to the Lizard and Lands End peninsulas. The cathedral city of Truro is just 8 miles away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife. The seaside towns of Falmouth and St Ives homes to the National Maritime Museum and the Tate Gallery respectively are no more than 25 minute drive away. Leisure facilities: cycle hire available on site. By prior arrangement with the owners discounts are available to guests for activities including surfing golfing coasteering paddle boarding foraging and more. Play facilities: play area including climbing frame.
