We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Combe Cottage is a spacious detached property on the edge of the Exmoor village of Winsford.  The cottage has been redecorated and furnished to a high standard and is ideal for families and groups of friends, sleeping up to 6 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms.  The cottage has a large enclosed garden. Two of the bedrooms are also situated downstairs, one has a super-king size bed and the other is a double bedroom; both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (one with shower over bath and the other has a large shower only).
