We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SANDY BEACHES OF BUDE Situated in a quiet location and accessed via a quiet unmade country lane this small complex of 6 apartments offers comfortable accommodation within easy access of the coast. This first-floor apartment enjoys spectacular views over the Maer Lake nature reserve and beyond to Compass Point high above Bude harbour. Situated just a few hundred yards from the South West Coast Path as it passes over Maer Down the beaches of Northcott Mouth Crooklets and Summerleaze are all within walking distance. Maer is a quiet hamlet within a 20-minute walk or a few minutes drive from the bustling centre of Bude with its good range of shops pubs bars restaurants and takeaways. Bude is renowned for its sandy beaches historic tidal sea pool Atlantic surf and dramatic coastline. There are activities for all ages including 18-hole golf course indoor pool and tenpin bowling. Also within easy access are the well-known attractions of North Devon and Cornwall such as The Milky Way Big Sheep Bodmin Launceston Steam Railway and the charming villages of Port Isaac and Boscastle. Public beach huts can be booked for additional days through the Tourist Information Centre in Bude (subject to availability).
