We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Approached via a farm lane this attractive cottage has much to offer with views over farmland with cattle often grazing in the adjoining fields. From the barn you can enjoy walks on the owner s land through varied scenery down to the river or take a stroll along the farm lane in either direction to one of the village pubs. The popular seaside town of Newquay is 3 miles away and offers a range of shops pubs restaurants and excellent surfing. The north coast hosts an abundance of sandy beaches to explore in either direction. The accommodation is set on one floor with beautiful real oak flooring throughout and TWO bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 adults: 1 double with TV and DVD and 1 twin with extra pull-out single made up on request. Bathroom: with walk in shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with large dining table and 6 chairs 2 large leather reclining sofas Freeview DVD and hi-fi.
