We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property TRADITIONAL COTTAGE CONVENIENTLY SITUATED IN A PICTURESQUE NORFOLK VILLAGE SLEEPS 2 2 This delightful cosy terraced cottage which retains many original features is conveniently situated in the village of Sedgeford. Well situated for cyclists or walkers to explore the country lanes with the old Roman road Peddars Way providing attractive routes and only a short stroll to a pub serving good food. The many attractions nearby include sailing horse riding golf and bird watching at the nature reserves in Titchwell or Holme Marsh. Approximately 4 miles to sandy beaches at Brancaster or the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton which has striped cliffs a Sea Life Centre indoor swimming pool and many attractions for children. Nearby is a small animal farm at Snettisham Norfolk Lavender Farm and Holkham Hall Country Park or enjoy a picnic at Sandringham House gardens and woodlands. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: accessed via steep traditional cottage-style stairs 1 king-size landing bedroom leading through to 1 single with pull-out bed underneath. Shower room accessed via single bedroom. Lounge: cosy room with flatscreen TV DVD open fire (initial supply of logs free winter months only) Kitchen/diner: with oven/hob fridge washing machine and microwave. (Please note due to the age of the cottage there is low ceilings therefore there is restricted head height.) Outside: Patio with shared access and seating steps leading to secret garden.
