We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND VILLAGE CENTRE A cosy cottage positioned in an elevated position adjoining the owners home yet where privacy is assured. Offering great views across the valley yet conveniently placed close to the village. Combe Martin boasts its own harbour and sheltered sandy bay that offers spectacular views across the bay to the dramatic headlands and beyond and at low tide the large expanses of golden sand. The village also has a 17th century inn Post Office bakery and a few small grocery shops. From here the South West Coast Path offers walks with breathtaking views and Exmoor National Park is just a short drive. Walkers and nature lovers will be in their element. There are numerous beaches that are within a 30 minute drive and include Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands. The warm and comfortable accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both accessed via steep cottage style stairs please take care. 1 open-plan double at top of staircase and 1 single room with large bed. Bathroom: on ground floor but accessed via a few steps with bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen: with exposed beams low ceilings and views across the garden and beyond SkyTV/DVD with wi-fi available. Kitchen area is accessed via step up with electric oven and hob fridge washing machine microwave and stable door overlooking patio area and garden. Outside: steps up to raised patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Lawn with small pond. Amenities: ample parking. Regret no smoking. 1 small dog welcome. Location: beach shops pubs and Post Office all walking distance.
