We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated on the owners farm adjacent to the farmhouse but where privacy is assured. Guests can enjoy the countryside views from the land and benefit from being a 5 minute drive from the sandy beach at Instow. Lots to see and do nearby with Tapeley House and Gardens being a 5 minute drive away. Other attractions include The Big Sheep The Milky Way both offer indoor and outdoor activities and events for all the family. The golden sands at Westward Ho! are popular with beach lovers and offer excellent opportunities for surfing and body boarding. Instow itself has a selection of small shops an excellent mini-supermarket superb riverfront hotel and a selection of restaurants and pubs all of which offer food. Wander along the promenade and enjoy a locally made Hockings ice cream sit amongst the sand dunes and watch the sailing boats bobbing up and down or have a go at a variety of water sports which can be organised on the beach. Across the estuary is the small fishing village of Appledore which has a history of seafarers and ship building and is worth a trip across the water. Farm activities: guests are welcome to feed the chickens. Outside: shared use of extensive lawns with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
