We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Directly outside the property is a footpath which meanders down to the superb sandy beaches of Polzeath approximately 1 mile or a few minutes drive takes you to Daymer Bay which is excellent for families. The Camel Trail popular with walkers and cyclists is 15 minutes drive at Wadebridge and from here you can follow the estuary to Padstow or take the woodland trail to Bodmin. Explore the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac and Tintagel famous for its Arthurian Legends or visit many attractions within driving distance; Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Newquay Sealife Centre and Crealy Adventure Park.
