We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RIBBLE VALLEY TERRACED MODERN COTTAGE WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS A delightful terraced cottage situated on a quiet lane in the Ribble Valley and only a short walk to the quaint village of Mellor. The cottage is within easy reach of 3 award winning eateries and Mellor village provides numerous pubs and shops. Positioned in the timeless landscape of rural Lancashire the area is relatively undiscovered but is fast becoming known for its culinary delights. Explore the two historic market towns of Clitheroe and Longridge brimming with individual boutiques fine restaurants and historic treasures or walk part of the 70 mile Ribble Way taking in the unspoilt views. Other local attractions include Clitheroe Castle Bowland Wild Boar Park and Browsholme Hall. Within an hour drive to Blackpool the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC downstairs. Lounge/diner: with TV with Freeview DVD player. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with electric oven fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: shared enclosed patio to the front of the property with seating and BBQ with views over open countryside. Amenities: ample roadside parking.
