We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property FORMER WEAVING HOUSE CLOSE TO SANDY BEACH This refurbished former weaving building is situated within the grounds of the main house and adjacent to an additional holiday let and is walking distance to the village pub. There are two pubs in the village both of which serve food. The village has a shop Post Office and garden nursery which is across the road and a bowls club excellent children s play area and river all within a 10 minutes walk. Situated on the edge of the Somerset Levels you are surrounded by excellent bridle paths for walking and a rich source of wildlife and birds. The area is very flat and excellent for cycling. Equipped and furnished to a high standard you will be ideally placed for either a relaxing and tranquil holiday or as a base for visiting the many beaches along the north coast of Somerset as well as a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include historic Roman Bath Clarks Village at Street Longleat Safari Park numerous National Trust properties and gardens Brean Leisure Park and more. The regional city of Bristol is a short drive and offers a host of high street shops cinema restaurants and theatre. In the evenings relax in the large garden. The accommodation which retains much original charm and character with slate and wooden floors offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single which has a pull-out bed underneath.
