We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Each cottage offers many home comforts ideal for couples and families. Perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth is easily reached with its historic Barbican National Marine Aquarium thriving shopping centre and huge variety of amenities. Exeter the regional capital is less than an hour s drive. You are also a 30 minute drive from the beautiful historic town of Tavistock which offers an array of shops and restaurants. The north and south coasts are easily accessible with Polperro and Looe within an easy drive. Farm activities: guests are invited to interact with and help feed the animals and collect fresh eggs.
