We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

It is set in a lovely rural location easily accessible to all local amenities. Located near to the sleepy village of Hutton situated off a quiet country lane this is a fantastic base to explore the unspoilt countryside of the Scottish/English border. Close by Chirnside Allanton and the medieval town of Berwick-upon-Tweed and many beautiful sandy beaches including Spittal and Coldingham.
