We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated deep within the vale of Taunton you will be 2 miles from the small market town of Wellington and 7 miles from the county town of Taunton making this an ideal base for holidaymakers. Walkers have easy access to the Blackdown Hills Quantocks and Exmoor and the varied coastlines of both North Somerset and South Devon are 45 minutes drive away. The Sustrans cycle route passes the end of the driveway and a locked garage is available to cyclists on request. Leisure facilities: there is a tennis court available (exclusively for tennis) which is shared with the owners and the property offers 4 tennis raquets for people who fancy a game.
