We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LOVELY COTTAGE WITH FAR-REACHING COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS The semi-detached cottage which is a former cider press retains many original features and is full of charm and character nestling on the edge of the traditional village of Broadhempston. Ideally placed for touring the whole of the South Hams with so much within a short distance. Less than 20 minutes to the stunning scenery of the South West Coast Path or Dartmoor National Park there are also attractions to suit all tastes including castles stately homes steam railways boat trips and adventure parks to name but a few. Alternatively if it is relaxation that you are looking for this quiet peaceful hideaway offers the perfect escape. In the evenings there is a large garden with far-reaching countryside views to enjoy as well as a patio area. Children will also enjoy being able to collect their own fresh eggs (when available and by arrangement). Within a short stroll are 2 very well known pubs both serving good food.
