We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The three storey typical fisherman s cottage is situated in the heart of Appledore which is steeped in maritime history. Close by is the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! as is The Big Sheep Milky Way and more. Appledore itself offers a Maritime Museum to give you an insight into the past as well as restaurants small local galleries and a choice of excellent family pubs all serving food. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double with a shower and hand basin and 1 twin room. Bathroom: a compact room with shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge: cosy cottage style with TV DVD Freeview and woodburner. Kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge with ice-compartment dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with patio area approached via 5 external steps up with seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking is in the nearby car park or roadside a few minutes walk away. Bed linen towels and electric included. Electric heating. Regret no smoking. 1 small/medium sized dog welcome larger dogs are by arrangement. Additional info: guests are advised that due to the character of the property the stairs are winding cottage-style making it unsuitable for toddlers and therefore no cot and highchair is provided please feel free to bring your own travel cot for babies in arms.
