We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED BARN CONVERSION SITUATED ON A 350 ACRE FARM Nestled in peaceful countryside situated down a short tarmac lane the barn offers a wealth of home comforts to help you to relax and unwind. Situated on a working beef farm it is a great base to explore Devon and Cornwall. There are countryside walks on your doorstep and within a short drive you reach the nearby sandy beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include Tamar Otter Park Launceston Steam Railway Bude Canal and Splashpool Roadford Reservoir The Eden Project and Trethorne Leisure Farm to name but a few. Or if you prefer to shop Exeter with its many high street brands and its stunning cathedral are a 45 minutes drive away.
