We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Nestling in the heart of the peaceful village of Sutcombe with its 11th century church you are well positioned for exploring the dramatic North Devon and Cornwall coasts with spectacular scenery and sheltered coves to enjoy. Welcombe Mouth and Sandymouth beaches are a short 20 minutes drive. The seaside town of Bude is a 30 minute drive. Close by are Tamar Lakes where you can try your hand at sailing and various water sports as well as the market town of Holsworthy the traditional village of Bradworthy and the popular seaside town of Bude which has excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with a wide selection of restaurants bars and coffee shops. A little further afield yet still within an hour s drive are the well-known Cornwall Villages of Port Isaac (Doc Martin country) Tintagel and Boscastle. Venture northwards along the coast to find the quaint fishing village of Clovelly only 10 miles and Westward Ho! with its beautiful sandy beach perfect for surfing and other water sports.
