We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SITUATED ON THE EDGE OF TRADITIONAL MARKET TOWN CLOSE TO BEACHES Set within a 7 acre smallholding this detached barn with original charm and character has been refurbished in 2016 and is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Situated 1 mile from Holsworthy which offers shops pubs swimming pool sports centre restaurants and weekly farmers market. Ideally situated as a great base to explore Devon and Cornwall the North Cornish coast is a 15 minute drive and ideal for surfers and sunbathers with long sandy beaches as well as coves to explore and cliff-top walks to ramble. Holsworthy has a parkland golf course and Bude a links golf course overlooking the sea both open to the public. Course fishing is available at numerous locations in the area. There are many attractions close by including Bude beach Clovelly Tintagel Boscastle The Milky Way Launceston steam railway and Roadford Lake. Farm activities: feed the chickens or visit the ducks on the large enclosed pond. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double. On the ground 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request). Bathroom: with shower over French bath and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: on the first floor with TV DVD hi-fi and patio doors leading to sun terrace with seating. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and coffee machine on the ground floor. Outside: private garden with patio area with seating and BBQ. Also enjoy the woodland enclosed lawns and fields. From the top field there is a summerhouse and picnic table with views of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
