We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A TRULY RELAXING ALL-YEAR-ROUND GETAWAY This beautiful 400 year old chocolate box thatched cottage is full of charm and character including exposed beams and a fireplace with woodburner. Set in the popular village of Winkleigh you will be within walking distance to a shop butcher fishmonger post office and two pubs. There are some lovely countryside walks to explore direct from the property as well as nearby Dartmoor and Exmoor with their rugged scenery and wildlife. Cyclists are well catered for in the area with the famous Tarka Trail within easy reach which can also be enjoyed by walkers which has a few welcome watering holes along the way. There are also long sandy surfing beaches to the north as well as sheltered coves to explore. You will be within easy reach of riding stables coarse fishing at Stafford Moor RHS Rosemoor Gardens and a little further afield are family attractions such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: approached via steep cottage style stairs 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: small enclosed patio garden with seating. Amenities: roadside parking.
