We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COMFORTABLE COTTAGE SITUATED IN A SLIGHLTY ELEVATED POSITION WITH VIEWS ACROSS THE ESTUARY Set in the delightful fishing village of Appledore the cottage offers a contemporary living space. Just a short stroll will lead you to the popular Quayside with stunning views towards Instow. With an array of shops galleries pubs and restaurants tucked along the quaint streets there is something for everyone. Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach surfing and family amusements is only a 5 minute drive. Ideally located for touring the whole of North Devon with its wealth of popular beaches coastal walks and attractions which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way National Trust s Arlington Court and many more. In the evenings relax on the decking with seating and BBQ or enjoy a meal in one of the many local pubs or restaurants serving good food. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with small flatscreen TV/DVD and 1 twin. Shower Room: with large shower WC heated towel rail and hairdryer. Downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan area with TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped and modern with gas hob and cooker microwave and dishwasher. Utility area: washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: small courtyard with steep steps leading to a long sloping garden and double private carport. Access to the carport is via a very narrow road (can be negiotated with care by a people carrier). Decked patio with seating BBQ and distant estuary views (Caution must be taken with small children) Amenities: bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well behaved dog welcome 2 dogs by arrangement. Location: beach 2 miles shops pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
