We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFULLY REFURBISHED 17TH CENTURY FORMER MILKING PARLOUR The property whose name is Cornish for milking parlour nestles in a truly rural spot within the West Cornish countryside between Lostwithiel and Fowey in the village of Lanlivery. Close to the Cornish Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve and Helman Tor a picturesque rocky outcrop that is an undiscovered beauty spot with unspoilt country views.
