We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 4 BARN CONVERSIONS FURNISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD INDOOR HEATED LEISURE POOL SITUATED IN A COURTYARD SETTING AND SURROUNDED BY PEACEFUL GROUNDS Set within the peaceful grounds of the owner s farm and located a short drive from Sherborne these delightful barns have been converted and furnished to a high standard and are situated in a courtyard setting. The design of the cottages gives the feel of a warm and welcoming farm cottage most with woodburners and all with delightful detailed finishing touches. The area itself is beautiful and offers a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes including pretty villages sandy beaches and a coastline which has World Heritage status. There are many National Trust properties and gardens that are all well worth a visit including Stourhead Montacute Kingston Lacy Corfe Castle Hardy s Cottage and Studland Beach and Nature Reserve. In addition to this the towns of Dorchester Sherborne and Yeovil are easily accessible and there are many attractions to visit including Monkey World The Tank Museum a Sea Life Centre Abbotsbury Swannery and Longleat. For golf enthusiasts there is a golf course 300 yards away but if golf is not your game there are many other country pursuits within easy reach. Leisure facilities: shared indoor heated leisure pool (4 deep throughout) perfect for the summer and winter alike the pool is open 8.30am-8pm every day however private bookings are taken occasionally further information and timetables can be found onsite the pool is also open to non-residents by prior arrangement. Outside: the grounds offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside as well as two large lakes which attract a wealth of wildlife including herons badgers kingfishers woodpeckers and swans. At the bottom of the gardens and beyond the lakes is a gate which leads direct onto a network of footpaths where you will be free to walk and take in the stunning scenery. Amenities: ample parking.
