We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Privately located but close to the owner s farmhouse. An excellent base to explore the area and is perfect for anyone with a love of the great outdoors with both coasts and the moors within easy driving distance. For keen cyclists there are a number of cycle routes in the area. There are so many things to do and places to go to for family fun and entertainment including Morwellham Quay Jamaica Inn and The Eden Project. Roadford Lake is 7 miles away and is a 730 acre reservoir with visitors centre restaurant fishing and sailing and also provides some great walks. Why not spend a day visiting one of Cornwall s famous costal resorts such as Padstow Tintagel or Boscastle; all within easy access of the property.
