We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property FAMILY HOME CLOSE TO TOWN CENTRE WITH LARGE PEACEFUL GARDEN This spacious semi-detached cottage nestles in a quiet spot and offers guests a relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore. Situated on the edge of Liskeard the location allows visitors to access many places without a car; the train station is within walking distance. A variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions including Lanhydrock House and Siblyback Reservoir with its many watersport opportunities are within easy reach. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing boat trips scenic coastal walks and a wide choice of restaurants. The beaches to the north are also within easy reach and offer world class surfing. This excellent location on the edge of Bodmin Moor offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys Walk. Nature trails golf and riding can also be found close by. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with dressing area and TV and 1 further double. Bathroom: bath with shower attachment separate shower and WC. Further bathroom downstairs with Jacuzzi corner bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD and a selection of board games books and DVD s. Sitting room: with open fire (first basket of logs included) single sofa bed and door opening out onto the decking. Kitchen/diner: with Rangemaster electric oven with gas hob dishwasher fridge work-top freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine. Outside: there are three separate sitting areas; a courtyard leading from the kitchen with patio furniture and gas BBQ a raised decked area with garden furniture and BBQ and a brick patio with bench seats. The garden comprises a lawned area with established plants shrubs and a small fenced pond. Amenities: ample parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 7.5 miles shops and pubs in town centre 1 mile (a 20 minute walk). Railway station 0.4 mile (a 10 minute walk). Arrival: 3pm.
