Dogs are charged per dog at 20GBP for up to 7 nights, 40GBP for up to 14 nights and an additional 20GBP for every week or part week thereafter. The owners will sometimes consider other pets.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SET WITHIN 30 ACRES WITH LIVERY HORSES AND COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS Converted from a former barn into a comfortable and inviting home from home. Nestling in a fantastic spot with views over the neighbouring meadow and woodland the cottage offers a relaxing retreat. Guests will enjoy watching the horses that are kept close by and often in the adjacent stables and meadow. A foot/bridle path runs direct from the cottage driveway offering a chance to explore the surrounding countryside and see various wildlife along the way. Access to the local tramway which is ideal for cycling is close by. From the tramline you can access the sandy beach at Portreath or take the opposite direction to meet the coast at Devoran (cycle hire can be arranged with the owners). The sandy bays of Portreath and Porthtowan are approximately 2 miles away with village shops the local pub is approximately 1 mile and a Chinese restaurant can also be found within 1 mile. This north coastal area offers excellent surfing and attractions to suit all ages including The Cornish Cider Farm Newquay Zoo and Aquarium Flambards Theme Park and a short drive to the Lizard and Lands End peninsulas. The accommodation has been thoughtfully renovated and equipped to a good standard with TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD en-suite shower room and WC 1 twin bedroom with TV/DVD en-suite shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan including woodburner lounge with leather sofas TV Freeview and DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and a dining area for four people. Outside: choice of two patios enclosed with a low-level stone wall and a fenced lawn area. There is an external secure storage area for bikes and surf boards if required. Amenities: ample allocated parking directly outside the cottage. Bed linen towels wi-fi and first 10 of electric included central heating subject to a 20 weekly surcharge during November - March.
