We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARACTER COTTAGE SET IN A PEACFUL VILLAGE LOCATION WITH RIDING STABLES NEARBY A deceptively spacious property situated in the heart of the countryside offering a cosy retreat to return to after long woodland walks. Based just off the border of Devon and Cornwall and a couple of miles from the A39 that links the North Devon and North Cornwall coasts makes this a great property for touring this extremely popular region.
