We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Killin is often described as the most picturesque village in Scotland with the magnificent Falls of Dochart flowing through the heart of the village and on the edge of the first Scottish National Park . There is a good choice of shops and restaurants and an abundance of outdoor activities including picturesque short walks sailing watersports cycling golf fishing and riding. There are many places of interest within an easy drive including Glencoe Blair Drummond Safari Park and Perth. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin. Shower room with WC. Separate bathroom. Lounge: with TV DVD and hi-fi. Dining room. Kitchen: electric cooker fridge freezer dishwasher microwave washing machine and tumble dryer. Utility room. Sun room with seating to enjoy the beautiful views.Outside: beautifully landscaped garden with pond (young children should be supervised). Amenities: Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Arrival 4pm.
