We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STYLISH COTTAGE SET ON OWNERS WORKING 300 ACRE DAIRY FARM This superb and unique property is situated adjacent to the owners farmhouse on a working family farm in a beautiful part of Devon. The cottage is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard with oak beams wooden and tiled flooring and centrally heated with quality furnishings throughout makes staying a real treat and somewhere you will long to return to after a day exploring. There is much to see and do nearby with the cathedral city of Exeter being a short drive away and offering a huge variety of shops restaurants and amenities to suit all ages and tastes. Closer to home is the town of Tiverton which has a pretty canal and from where you can see the barges and even hire one for the day. Visit the idyllic thatched inn at Bickleigh situated on the banks of the River Exe for a bite to eat or a drink. Or visit Fursdon House and Gardens in Cadbury a traditional farming estate where the Fursdon family have lived for over 750 years. The accommodation consists of TWO bedrooms: upstairs 1 large double room with super-king-size sleigh bed exposed beams Velux window TV DVD plenty of room for a cot and stylish en-suite with large freestanding bath separate shower and WC. Downstairs bedroom situated off the kitchen can be made into a double bed or bunk beds depending on the party make-up (please notify when booking) with TV DVD and en-suite shower room with WC.
