We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The properties are set in the beautiful North Devon countryside and are approached via a private drive with the beach shops and pubs within 5 miles. Many attractions can be found nearby including the popular beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton. Walkers will enjoy exploring Exmoor with its wide variety of wildlife and spectacular moorland views. North Devon s picturesque villages and bustling markets are within easy reach and Ilfracombe s harbour shops bars and restaurants are a short drive away. Alternatively guests can relax on the farm and enjoy roaming the 20 acres or interact with the animals on site. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to visit the on-site library that is stocked with books children s videos and toys or visit the children s outside play area. Craft sessions are available at an additional charge for ages 13 upwards including stained glass glass painting bottle craft and much more. For younger children of all ages craft sessions can be tailored to your needs (one free taster craft session for all new guests excluding School holidays). Farm activities: meet and interact with a variety of animals many of which are rescue animals including horses donkeys alpacas pigs llama rabbits guinea pigs chickens and ducks. Toddler friendly area with pond dipping animal handling and a chance to enjoy nature in a farm environment. Games room: indoor play barn with pool table table tennis and other games Outside: use of a shared riverside picnic area and access to farm walks.
