We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED BARN CONVERSION WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS Situated in the heart of the countryside on a working arable farm and close to the Quantock Hills this superb barn conversion next to the charming moated farmhouse has been converted and furnished to a high standard and offers first class accommodation. The property still retains many of its original features including stonework wooden beams and a woodburner. You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole area in one of the most beautiful parts of Somerset. The Quantocks offer wonderful walking from leisurely strolls to more challenging walks including the Coleridge Way. Other attractions within easy reach include Clarks Shopping Village Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole West Somerset Steam Railway Roman Bath and numerous National Trust properties being a few. Exmoor is a short drive away. Farm activities: on site you will be welcome to explore the farm and feed the wild ducks on the moat or sit back and relax in the garden soaking up the peace and tranquillity. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size upstairs with en-suite shower and WC. Downstairs 1 zip-and-link bedroom super-king-size (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
