We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Within easy reach of a wealth of South Devon attractions within a short drive including historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican and National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties rustic Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife River Dart Country Park and The English Riviera. The coastal towns of Brixham Salcombe and Dartmouth are also within easy reach. A short drive is Bigbury on Sea beach where at low tide you can walk to Burgh Island. Alternatively if your idea of a perfect day is spent exploring independent shops or relaxing with a book in a coffee shop then the nearby towns of Totnes and Ashburton have much to offer. For those who prefer a more active escape the area offers some of the most spectacular coastal walks and views. However whatever you decide to do a BBQ and relaxing evening in the garden will leave you recharged and ready for another day exploring this beautiful part of the West Country.
