We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 3 BARN CONVERSIONS SET WITHIN 130 ACRES OF ARABLE LAND WITH COWS AND SHEEP These converted barns sit within a courtyard setting and are situated within a short distance of two villages both with a shop and pub. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall there are a wealth of popular beaches and sheltered coves all within a short drive. As well as this there are numerous attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project Flambards Theme Park The Tate Gallery at St Ives Lands End and Newquay Sealife Centre. A network of footpaths and Tehidy Country Park (with lake golf course and cafe) can be reached via a well kept footpath direct from the cottages which is ideal for dog walkers. Enjoy the immediate surrounding with some lovely walks directly from the property. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs all serving good food. All the properties have been converted and equipped to a high standard retaining many original features. Outside: explore the farm or relax in the garden area with seating and BBQ.
