We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LOVINGLY RESTORED PROPERTY SITUATED IN AN ELEVATED POSITION WITH VIEWS TO CAMBRIAN MOUNTAINS This barn conversion has been completed to a high standard and overlooks the Teifi valley to distant mountain ranges. Located in a rural spot on a working family farm on a complex that offers occasional on-site restaurant facilities and events. The property is ideally situated centrally for many attractions Aberaeron is 8 miles away with beaches stretching along Cardigan Bay. Llyn Eiddwen Nature Reserve is a short drive away as is Cors Caron a raised 2000 acre peat bog. There are an abundance of walks and cycle paths in the vicinity. Further afield Aberystwyth is 19 miles and offers the Victorian pier with its famous starling murmurations and the funicular cliff railway up Constitution Hill. Golf courses are available at Penrhos 5 miles and at Cilgwyn 4 miles.
