We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Slightly further afield but still within about an hour s drive are the North Devon market town of Barnstaple Dartmoor National Park historic Tintagel and Bodmin Moor making this property an ideal base for exploring some of the highlights of Devon and Cornwall. Farm activities: guests can visit the tame sheep in their field by arrangement with the owner and say hello to the chickens and ducks.
