We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STONE COTTAGE SITUATED WITHIN THE BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK SLEEPS 2 2 This former iron workers terraced property has been refurbished to a good standard with pretty tiered gardens to relax in. Situated close to Abergavenny well known as Wales culinary centre it is the perfect base to explore and enjoy a taste of Wales. Take a country walk from the cottage or stroll to the nature reserve. Visit the historic town of Abergavenny full of shops pubs restaurants cafes and a weekly local produce and craft market. Nearby you can visit galleries museums castles a Welsh vineyard take a trip on a narrow boat explore the heritage centres of Blaenavan Iron Works and The Big Pit or even try star gazing at the Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre. There is an abundance of activities to enjoy including horse riding golf rock climbing scrambling caving cave diving canoeing and kayaking on the Rivers Usk and Wye. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: approached by steep cottage stairs 1 double and 1 raised double (which may not be suitable for the very elderly or the very young). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) Freeview TV and Blu-ray DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge and washer/dryer. Outside: courtyard with BBQ and furniture enclosed tiered garden with furniture and rural views. Amenities: off road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shop 1.5 miles and pub within walking distance.
