We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARMING MARKET TOWN APARTMENT CLOSE TO RIVER WAVENEY Located in the heart of this tranquil town of Beccles situated above the owner s shop this flat has been traditionally decorated offering elegance and character with a hidden secret garden summer house and views of the church tower. Beccles is a lovely market town ideally located on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and is at the entrance to the Broads National park. The town has many historic buildings a weekly market an outdoor lido and a popular farmers market every other week. Hire a boat and take a trip up the River Waveney or for those keen walkers take on the Beccles Marsh Trail. It offers easy access to the popular coastal towns of Lowestoft Southwold and Aldeburgh. The Cathedral city of Norwich is just 20 miles away for theatres shopping culture and cuisine. Dunwich health RSPB Minsmere are all within easy reach as well as family days out at Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills. The first floor apartment arranged over two levels offers TWO bedrooms: on the second floor 1 double and 1 double accessed via three steps with en-suite WC.
