We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 COTTAGES WITH MAGNIFICENT COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS These charming period properties are located in a peaceful private setting down a quiet country lane. They are situated on a family run working arable/beef farm and was refurbished in Autumn 2015. Situated on the edge of the Scottish borders just 7 miles from the historical medieval town of Berwick upon Tweed with its wonderful Elizabethan ramparts and beautiful sandy beaches. Within an hour s train journey from the cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle with their excellent shopping and leisure facilities. The area boasts both splendid countryside and spectacular coastlines and is a paradise for hill walkers with the Cheviot hills close by. Mountain bikers and walkers are spoilt for choice with numerous country and coastal tracks to explore and fishermen will be delighted with the famous river Tweed renowned for its excellent trout and salmon fishing. Leisure facilities: Private hot tub enjoying spectacular country views. Outside: both properties have a private seating area large BBQ area with ample seating and bike store/boot room. Guests are welcome to explore the network of well-established tracks and trails around the disused WW2 airfield. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. There is an outside dog washing area. Internet is provided via satellite 4G. 5GB data per week is included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shops pub and restaurant 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine.
