If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PEACEFULLY LOCATED ALONG A QUAINT NARROW STREET ENCLOSED PATIO Situated in the quaint fishing village of Appledore and is only minutes away from the quayside and the many excellent restaurants pubs shops and galleries this bustling village has to offer. Take a short drive over the river to the sandy beach of Instow or visit Westward Ho! (1 mile) that boasts 2 miles of golden sandy beach. You will be ideally positioned for visiting some lovely locations including Clovelly with its steeped cobbled streets the ancient pannier market town of Bideford that is the home of the Oldenburg with its boat to Lundy Island open-air markets shops pubs and restaurants and the stunning Exmoor coast and countryside. Nearby are a wealth of attractions that include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Arlington Court Dartington Crystal and many more so there is something to suit everyone s tastes. For the sporting enthusiasts visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow (5 minute drive) or a game of golf at the Royal Devon Golf Club in Westward Ho! or perhaps take a boat trip from Appledore quayside to go deep-sea fishing. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: on ground floor with power shower over bath shaving point WC and washing machine built into the airing cupboard. Lounge: with gas fire Smart TV and hi-fi. Kitchen: well-equipped with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Outside: small enclosed patio area approached via steps with outside furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking close by. Bed linen towels electric gas central heating and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: pub and shop walking distance beach 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
