We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BUNGALOW WITH GAMES ROOM PARKING AND RIVER VIEWS This bright spacious bungalow nestles in an elevated position in the heart of the village of Appledore and has lovely views over the village and river.A short stroll to pubs shops restaurants and galleries a perfect choice for exploring the area. The bustling quayside offers a glimpse of the nautical past as does a trip to the Maritime Museum which is a few steps away. Enjoy a fishing trip or a seasonal boat ride over the river to Instow with its sand dune beach and pubs. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! Is about a mile away and from there you can enjoy some lovely cliff top walks. Immerse yourself into village life with a choice of good family pubs most serving quality food. The property offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double: with en suite bathroom with corner bath with shower attachment and WC. 1 Twin: with views across the village to the river. Shower room: with large cubicle and WC. Lounge/diner: open plan with Smart TV/DVD Freeview gas fire and superb views across the rooftops to the river. Kitchen: with electric oven gas hob fridge freezer washer/dryer microwave and dishwasher. Outside: terraced rear garden garden furniture and BBQ. Attached garage provides a small games room with small pool table and table football. Amenities: with the added bonus of a steep driveway for one large or two small cars in this traditional fishing village (take care with long or low vehicles) limited roadside parking nearby.
